You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Start a return

Email samyram@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order details and tell us which item you want to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back so we can identify the return.

Change of mind

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. Please return the item in the condition in which you received it. Once it is received and checked, we will confirm the refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with the order details and a photo if possible. We will help resolve the problem and cover return shipping if we ask you to send the item back.
